Pro Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you so much for your interest in the Ibex Pro Program. We’re glad you share our ethos and are grateful for your interest in partnership. As experts in the field, your advocacy and input help to spread awareness of Ibex’s industry-leading products and pushes us to continue creating the highest quality gear.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our Prodeal Program. Violating these terms will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from the program. Additionally, violations put your entire organization at risk of losing access to membership, so maintain a high level of integrity. We’d hate to see anyone forced to wear synthetics for the rest of their career.
- Purchases are intended for personal use only. Unless explicitly stated by Ibex, you may not place orders for friends, family members, or coworkers. All login information is for personal use and is not to be shared for any reason.
- Your Ibex Prodeal pricing is strictly confidential. Please do not discuss access to this program or your discount pricing with anyone. If a fellow industry professional may qualify for the program, please direct them to apply.
- Products obtained through this membership may not be resold under any circumstance. We work hard to provide you with the best pricing possible for your individual benefit--please respect that.
- All Prodeal members must renew their membership annually. Additionally, proof of current qualification may be requested at any time.
- Not all product is available to Prodeal members. We do our best to make product available where we can, and at times Prodeal members may receive special access to products not available to the general public.
- Free shipping is not currently available for pro purchases or returns. Applicable tax and shipping will be shown at checkout.
- Pro purchases are limited to $5,000 per calendar year for your Prodeal account. This may be updated at any time.
- Do not use our retail partners as a place to try on product before purchasing through your pro account. Respect our wholesale partners by directing customers to purchase at their shops. Ibex has sizing information available on our website.
- Currently, Ibex Prodeal purchases are returnable according to our posted Return Policy. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition. Pros are not eligible for free return shipping, so verify that sizing is correct according to our sizing information. We understand that pros are hard on their gear, and as such, may encounter situations where items need repair. We are happy to direct you to a respected industry partner to repair your item and keep your gear in play.
- By applying for the Ibex pro program, you are agreeing to allow Ibex to create an account and login for you at www.ibex.com and to receive e-mail and/or postal communications from Ibex.
