Director of Customer Experience – We're looking for someone who loves to make exceptional experiences for our community. That means working to refine interaction points across all departments to ensure the quality of our interactions and service matches the quality of our products.

Logistic Manager – Ultimately responsible for managing all inventory at Ibex, including global inventory tracking, managing shipping rates, and working to improve efficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.

Data Entry Specialist – Part-time, detail-oriented data specialist. Must have high attention to detail and take pride in providing error free data. We want that annoying friend who corrects spelling in text messages.

Customer Service Specialists – Enthusiastic, ready-to-outfit customer service specialists. Seeking folks with the mindset to leave customers feeling cared for. Extra points if you're game for anything and want to help teams out cross-departmentally.
