"I was on the fence about ordering these- but I'm really glad I did! They are the perfect length- some bike shorts are awkwardly long but these are flattering without rolling up. Nice material, not itchy or too thick, and a nice level of compression in the waist band which doesn't roll down! I wish I had ordered them sooner and would LOVE a restock in the grey (I got the lavender color which is so cute but I already want more). I'm between sizes M/L, and went with Large and they were perfect. (5'10", 160#) I've worn them for biking and hiking so far and they've been great."

"I took a gamble and ordered a small (my usual size in bottoms) in the black shorts since the medium was out of stock. I'm awaiting the exchange for a medium in the lavender. The small was extremely compressive and I'm not a fan of clothing that constricts. 5'6", 126#, column-shaped."

Worth The Investment

"I am a personal trainer and spend so many hours in workout clothes, and trying to change my clothes out for more natural fibers. These aren't cheap so it took me awhile to finally give them a chance. WOW! The size chart is correct. I am usually a 27/4 in jeans or small is most things. But I do have athletic legs. I ordered this version in a medium, and the old version in a small. This version, with the pockets fits my thighs perfect, and my waist pretty well (they stretch out a bit if I wear them more than once between washes, waist about 30"). The length is perfect, the cut and style, the finish details. They are worth the investment. Very well designed. I just wish the colors were more interesting/variable. Grey, purple grey and black. . . are too much a like in my opinion. (FYI the old style without pockets in a small were too tight on my thighs, which are 22") Thought the fabric is thick, I never felt hot or overwhelmed."
