The interlocking structure monopolizes on merino’s natural elasticity, allowing it to move with you while skinning up the north side of the mountain or reaching for that final arête. This is essential and so worth it

"I bought this zip after convincing myself that it was a beneficial expenditure. Wow! It was the right decision. I wore this every day and some times all day and night o. a recent trip to Japan. It was the perfect combo with a tshirt and some days a light weight long sleeve for three layers. It always looked smart and put together. It is well made, no pilling, and it doesn't itch. I easily itch with all kinds of fabric. Ibex may be pricier than other brands but this is an investment, so for me I will choose wisely, buy less and keep longer. This is a medium weight I guess. It is flexible and and oh so comfortable."

Good except one thing

"I love the fit, the color, the fabric weight, and the style, but I can't attach my own zipper pull. The zipper pull on this garment is the kind that is encased in black rubber-like material, so I can't get a split ring on it to hang my own zipper pull. This shirt is replacing my old ibex of similar style which I wore day in and day out for two years to the point that it is disintegrating, but part of my love for that shirt was the great zipper pull I had on it. The new one just doesn't have the same vibe without the pull."
