Very uncomfortable shoe. Not

"Very uncomfortable shoe. Not a fan at all."

Ive been running in

"I've been running in minimal zero drop shoes for quite a few years now and have never had a pair of running shoes hurt my knees and feet as much as these did, and they're only a 2mm offset. Definitely not the running shoe for me. Already sent them back to Skora."

I love Skora! I

"I love Skora! I was so sad when they discontinued making shoes a few years ago and am very excited the production has returned. Since I hadn't ordered in a while, I went by their guide that the shoe size should be the same as my other shoes. I am a bit disappointed in the narrow toe box on this particular shoe and wish that I'd have gone a half size up. I was able to run 5 miles out of the box, and hoped that it would loosen up some, but I'm on my 4th run and a 10K was about all my toes could take. Otherwise the heel cup feels outstanding and the weight of this shoe is great. Incidentally, I ordered another model after ordering this one, but before this one arrived, and I have no problems with that model. So it may just be that this shoe has a narrower toe box that other Skoras."

For fhe past year,

"For fhe past year, I have been trying to find comfortable barefoot shoes that give me enough support to run in. When I first put on these shoes, I was hesitant because they felt just like a running shoe you would buy at a big box retailer. By the second day, the shoes had formed to my feet so well, I had more room around the toe box than my Vibrams and just as much support around the ankle as my Nikes. I'll never wear another shoe again!"

I’ve done 4 runs

"I’ve done 4 runs in these shoes so far and I love them. They feel very snug and secure to your feet like minimalist shoes, but have a solid sole for those who’s knees are like mine and don’t handle true minimalists well."

These are an excellent

"These are an excellent shoe. Great for running and working out. I’m really enjoying and can’t wait for the running shirts also."

Great for the gym!

"Great for the gym! I’m buying another pair to keep in the office."

For background I usually

"For background I usually run in Saucony Kinvara or Altra shoes. I was excited to see the re-boot of Skora, so I purchased the Pulse. The initial fit seemed great. I liked the toe box and the midsole had a nice firmness to it. Unfortuantely after a run I had extreme pain on the outside of my right foot. Thinking this might just be some new-shoe break in issue, I tried again. Nope. Extreme pain. Like there is a strap coming over my foot. Exactly what you don't want in a minimalist shoe. I actually had better luck with an inpromtu two mile run in my casual Saucony Jazz Low Pro shoes. Given the choice, I'd run in the Low Pro. And another unfortunate issue is Skora's return policy. For a new company, it stinks. Buyer beware. Wear them inside for a while to test before you take them outside. Because once you do, they are yours."

I’m a woman with

"I’m a woman with wife feet, so i end up purchasing men’s shoes. These fit perfect and the design doesn’t put pressure on the top of my foot. They are super comfy and the added sock liner allows me to leave the cushion in or take it out. Great shoe!"
