"I'll begin by mentioning that I've been purchasing and wearing Ibex for quite a while now. It must be around 15 years, perhaps a bit longer and some readers will recall that there were a few years when they closed their doors for a couple of years. Then like a miracle, they returned! All that said, I've owned more than a dozen Shak garments over the years and 5 or more Shak Hoodies. I've had to retire a few after wearing them for 4-6 years or after accidentally leaving the end of the sleeve partially in the washer door - when I opened the door and found 3" of the end of the sleeve I was bummed but I'll admit, I still wear it, I just can't give it up! There is no comparison and I've certainly had my share of fleece but wool is where it's at."

Great jacket but….

"The Shak hoodie is warm, fits beautifully and is like my own with one exception—- it has no zippered pockets. My own ((woman’s Shak hoodie) has those pockets. The biggest reason i ordered the man’s Shak hoodie was for the zippered pockets. Why are they not on these hoodies?"

"I have tons of hoodies, this one is now my favorite! It’s a great weight doesn’t stink when I use it riding my fat bike. Really nice construction. And I hope I get a ton of years out of this. I still use my Ibex gear from over 15 years ago."
