"This sweater is exceptionally well made and easily the softest merino wool piece I own, outperforming other merino layers I have used in the past. I also love that it is knit in the USA and made to order. The exterior waffle knit adds great visual depth, while the interior is smooth against the skin with zero itch. The three-dimensional structure insulates efficiently without trapping excess heat, keeping it breathable across varying temperatures. Fit is true to size. I am 5'11", 208 lbs, with a 44" chest and a 34" waist, putting me at the upper end of the Large bracket. The Large fits great. The generous mechanical stretch built into the 3D weave provides plenty of room to move without bagging out, so sizing up would definitely be unnecessary unless you are wanting a more baggy style."
