Not remotely up to previous Ibex quality

"I have purchased many things in the past from Ibex and have always been very satisfied with the quality. But this time I bought 2 of these 100% merino tees and they are awful. No other way to say it. The wool looks and feels cheap and thin, the styles arrived looking stretched out and shapeless, and the shirts smell funny — not like clean wool but like nasty chemicals. They also arrived smashed into a cheap, tiny, brandless plastic bag. I don’t what happened to Ibex but these are getting returned at once."

Great T-Shirt

"The Naturaliist, with the scoop neckline is very versitile. Can be worn casually or dressed up with a scarf or jewelry. I recently took two of them on a trip to Colorado. Weather was unseasonably cold, but as a base layer under my long sleeve shirts, I was able to stay warm. They will be going with me to Scotland in August, along with a long sleeve version. I am 5'0", 113# and ordered size Small. Good fit, a bit long, but tucks in well."

Follow up - these can be dyed

"I LOVE these shirts but wanted one in green. So I took the chance on dying them, and it turned out great! The long sleeve one on the left has been through a few washes and the short sleeve one is freshly dyed. I like the original blue color, so kept one of each of those, as well, and put them in the photo for comparison. I used a natural fibre, non-heavy metal dye called Greener Shades, if anyone is interested -- the Amazon Green color. I love, love, love how the color turned out, and the green ones are sure to be the most worn shirts in my closet."

"Great fabric, fabulous cut especially the sleeves which are exactly the right length and the body length which is perfect. Use the sizing program for correct size. Wear more than once between washings, it really does not smell. Delicates wash with mild detergent, no softener, and hang dry and it will last."

"These are excellent tee-shirts, and I loved the black one so much, I broke down and bought the other two colors currently offered. I'm going on safari, though and two colors I can't wear are black and blue (attracts tsetse flies), so some green shades would be great. (I'm actually considering dying my light blue one to green, but I'm worried I'll mess it up. ) I'd love to see more jewel tones, too. I also hope Ibex will offer the low crew neck in a tank top (with a slightly lower back)."
