"I bought the Traverse Crew Sock since the Ibex website says they are their warmest sock with excellent cushion under foot. They are comfortable and I like the style, but they aren't as thick nor as warm as I expected. Wore them on a couple of 40-45 degree mornings and my toes got cold pretty quickly. Will keep for them for late-Spring and early summer socks on the Pacific Northwest coast, but will wear warmer socks in the meantime. After reading reviews, I ordered an XL (versus my normal L size for socks) and am glad I did."
