Great all around glove

"Picked this glove up for an all-around winter glove and its filled the bill. The fit and comfort are nice alone and for the extra cold weather that we had this year it was also great with an Ibex liner glove. Greatly extended the range, particularly while I was working in the field this winter. I liked them so much I bought a second pair for the future!"

Just what I needed

"As someone who normally only wears mittens, I was very impressed with the warmth of these gloves for spring skiing. I got the mediums which provided a little more airflow around the fingers and I was so happy to finally have more dexterity while putting skins on and off or adjusting straps on my backpack."

Perfect spring ski glove

"I just finished using these gloves for a week doing some spring skiing in the Alaska Range. I love the merino hand feel and the insulation was just right for keeping my hands warm enough while also still maintaining dexterity for clipping ski boots and tying prusik loops"

Fit great. Had a pair

"Fit great. Had a pair of swix xc skiing gloves I’ve been using forever and these are the best replacement I’ve found."

Stuart B. (5/5)

Favorite Ski Touring Glove

"All I used ski touring in CO these days."

Got soaked instantly when it rained

"These gloves fit well and were very warm. I got them for a through hike in Scotland. Five minutes of rain and they were soaked entirely. 😡😡😡😡😡"

Best Gloves Ever

"These gloves are lined with wool, so they do not wreck your hands like synthetics. I love them. I got a pair for my husband and he loves them. I purchased a medium for myself and an XL for my husband. Fit was perfect."

Nice gloves - perfect for what I wanted

"I ordered a pair of these even though they seemed expensive for what they are, but I'm glad I bought them. The leather of the gloves is very soft and supple, so there's not much breaking-in required for these gloves. This winter we've had lots of days with temps under 10 degrees Fahrenheit, so they've come in handy - no pun intended! If you want to wear them for longer intervals, I'd recommend wearing liners to improve their insulating characteristics. Ibex provides a packet of waterproofing wax - that's a nice touch since the last thing you want to do when you open up these gloves is to go to a store to pick up waterproofing wax. My only real gripe with these is the big Ibex logo on the back of each glove -- it would be enough to have the "ibex" on the wrist of each glove, but the logo is kind of obnoxious."

2nd pair in 15+ years

"As the title says, this is my second pair of this model glove in at least 15 years. The first pair (L) was a bit too roomy. I sized down to a M and they fit perfectly. I’ve used the first pair for back country skiing. They’re surprisingly warm and very comfortable. I look forward to using the new gloves for another 15 years"

These gloves are Goldilocks

"Just right weight and dexterity, extra for warmth. We had a pair of ibex work gloves from years ago that we liked bed and could never find replacements for, so they were all stitched up and repaired- no more! Finally an adequate replacement that works hard and keeps hands toasty even in the coldest weather."
