"I wear this for running, walking the dog, hiking and around the house on cold days. I wash in cold water and hang dry. I usually wear S in Ibex crewnecks and vest but ordered up one size on this 1/4 zip as it felt too tight in the shoulders and arms. The M allows for a racer back tank layer and feels more comfortable. The weight is slightly lighter than past seasons. For reference I'm 5'6" 125 lbs and typically wear a size 4 in tops."
