The customer service I believe is now AI for Ibex

"We ordered men’s underwear during their recent summer sale. They ran out of inventory and told us that the only color we could replace our ordered underwear with was black. I asked why we couldn’t have any of the new colors that are available online and all they told me was the only thing they would switch for is black. We had not chosen Black as an option when we ordered the underwear initially during the sale. We had chosen light gray. It couldn’t be further from the color black. I can’t believe that they won’t resolve this issue and instead want us to order Black or get our money back. Which means we don’t get a sale price on underwear now because of their inventory miscalculation. I think the company may have been bought."

So far so good

"I really love this jacket. I had a duckworth jacket, very similar but the zipper failed and they wouldn’t replace it. This jacket has minimal branding, warm and stylish but not flashy. All my ibex stuff so far has been bomber. I’m 6ft 1inch and 170lbs and I with the extra large which is perfect for my wide shoulders and long arms. Thanks ibex!"

Great jacket for changing conditions

"I bought this jacket ahead of an early spring trip to Wales and it was great through temperatures in the 30 to 40s, wild winds, spray, light rain, and conditions that changed almost minute by minute. It covered all those conditions when walking the coastal paths and the mountain paths. The hood is especially well cut for the very windy times. Fits tight when needed and easily adjustable on the go. For travel it packs very compact."

Surprisingly Versatile

"Very impressive first time out with this jacket. Took on the tour du mont blanc and this worked as my only jacket. Went from the sunny valley floors to snowy mountain passes to rain / gale force winds with just this, a base-layer, and a sun hoodie. Held up very well in all conditions."

Love it

"It's an Arcteryx Atom LT with a better fit, less micro-plastic leaching chemicals, better temperature regulation and minimal logo/advertising. Highly recommend."

Awesome Update!

"I’ve owned an earlier edition of the wool aire hoody for many years. It’s been my go-to jacket for winter activities like Nordic skiing and for less strenuous fall & spring outings like walking the dogs in the woods. I have replaced the zipper in the original, but now the fabric was finally starting to show some age. This black new edition is updated with better fabric and fit. I won’t get to really try it out until fall again, but I expect it will be better than the original! Thanks for continuing to make great products and to improve on successful ideas!"

Warmer than it looks

"The jacket is thin but warmer than my down jacket. I use it for boating."

Best light jacket

"Perfect for both hot and cold days. Breathes well for all those outdoor Alaska adventures"

Purple Cozy!

"Loving the warmth and breathability of the Wool Aire! Haven't had a chance to see it wet but would likely wear a shell over anyway. Fit is trim for a large. Im 5'11" 190 athletic and its dialed. Thanks Ibex!"
