A solid baselayer
"A+ in the moisture-wicking, thermal regulation, odor control categories. I was working as a ski patroller and this layer knocked it out of the park when compared to all my synthetic layers I'd been wearing when it came to all three of these categories. It is so warm and cozy but also somehow cooling when working up a sweat. Wool is magic. I lived in a dry cabin so laundry was few and far-between when compared to your average user - I could wear this layer all week without grossing myself or others out haha. C in the durability category - I've had the layer for over a year and I would say around the 6 mo mark it started showing some serious signs of wear. Small fibers (what I think might be elastain fibers) poke through in patches all over the fabric and the fabric itself has noticeably thinner and thicker spots. It is also not quite as soft as it was when new but not to the point that it makes me think twice about wearing it. All that being said, I wore this layer A TON within that 6 mo period and continue to wear it and recommend it freely. Wool >> synthetic!"
