Made from superfine 18.5 micron New Zealand merino wool, our super soft, quick-drying, lightweight jersey fabric outperforms synthetics and cotton in warm conditions. Wool's natural temperature- regulating and moisture-managing properties give you next-to-skin comfort year-round. We use this fabric for warm weather tops and for baselayers in the cooler times of the year. Easy care, machine washable.

This is a great T--useful for layering or on its own, great for active pursuits or around town. Holds its shape and wicks moisture. Too warm for temps over about 70 degrees F, but great on a cool day. I ordered a second one and found that the fabric and cut seemed a bit different--the second shirt was a little stiffer and the neck cut a tad higher, not to my liking. The neck is cut high, and I would love to see Ibex drop it down by 1/2" or so. Otherwise, been a bombproof go-to shirt for cool weather.
