Not at all itchy. Very comfy, though not a lot of support (I wouldn't run in them). Plan to use for backpacking in wet / cold conditions. Wish I could afford a whole drawer full of them.

I got these for my boyfriend and he loves them. His first pair of wool undies--he was certainly skeptical, especially for summer use, but these shorts converted him. Other reviewers said they had problems with the fly gapping open but he didn't notice this. He usually wears a 33/medium, and the mediums fit great. They're a little on the shorter side, which he likes for under shorts for active wear, etc. They are so soft too--they feel even softer than the women's undies!

...one hole for waist and two for the legs (one each). Wool sheds man odors, beer spills, and pizza stains. Roomy cut allows for impromptu stretching and scratching. Best worn with slippers and a bathrobe to get the morning paper. Get them, you won't be sorry.

Honestly the apex of boxers. I'm a chef that climbs, runs, bikes, does yoga, and practices escrima - and these boxers do it all - breathe, feel comfy, and never stink. they do bunch up a bit when first putting pants or shorts over, but once you get 'em settled - they rock! I'm 5'8, 145, and got the medium which fit just right. could've used a fly button, but not complaining. best boxer ever, now, the only boxer i own.
