From the moment I tried this skirt on, I knew I would wear it all the time. Fabric is heavy and durable without feeling bulky; color is fantastic. The slits in the back make movement a breeze. I've worn it hiking as well as to work and out on the town. If there were more colors available, I'd buy a skirt in each one. Fabulous product!

I wrote a review of this skirt when it first arrived. Since then I have had more time to wear it and unfortunately had to return it.

I initially bought this in a size 8 - which is the size I typically wear in skirts. Knowing that this is to "sit" below the waistline (which I prefer), it seemed a bit loose when I first tried it on, but I decided to wear it and see if this would be a problem.

I really love this skirt, but unfortunately after wearing it, I discovered that it was just too loose and ended up sliding downward and situating on my hip bones (actually just below them). Given my body shape (I am very short-waisted), I really need the next smaller size. Unfortunately, upon returning the skirt for an exchange, there were no more size 6's left. :( My loss!

I see that there are other reviewers that claim it fits true to size. I do not doubt them. I realize that my body type (short-waist) is likely the problem here. Wish I had thought of this when I initially ordered it (there were 6's available at that point in time). I still think that this is a great skirt.

This is a wonderfully comfortable skirt...just wish the cut were a little more form fitting. The slits make up for the baggy-ness. The waist and drape are perfect.

I just received this skirt and love it! Great for casual wear, but can "dress-up" a bit with the right top. The organic cotton is incredibly soft and comfy against the skin. Am looking forward to wearing it this fall with tights.

This isn't just another khaki skirt... it's incredibly soft and the fabric is a good weight, but not too heavy that it feels oppressive in high humidity southern weather. Great for the office if you're not required to dress up too much.

Another commenter felt that the sizing was too large. I would agree if you like to wear your skirts closer to your waist. However, I think the fit is supposed to sit on your hips more and the 8 fit me perfectly (as I would have expected - I'm 5'7", 143#).

This skirt is extremely soft and washes great. I ordered a size smaller - usually wear a 6, but the size 4 fits perfect. Don't be deceived when you try it on and try to wear it at waist level. It really is meant to ride below your waist, and fits there well.

Great skirt that I'm getting lots of compliments on. It works well as a fall wardrobe item with tights and boots. Only problem is the skirt clings to my tights! Other than that--great, stylish, love the slits up the back.
