Bouclé Our machine washable bouclé is made from New Zealand merino wool. It is double-knit with a smooth knit on the inside and looped knit on the outside. The looping produces an insulative, warmth-trapping environment when worn with a top layer. The smooth side glides over lighter layers. Climawool ®: Tuck Our exclusive softshell is a 290g/m2 double weave (the wool and polyester are woven together not laminated) with DWR (Durable water repellent) on the exterior. Two-way stretch, polyester exterior, wool interior.
This fabric is designed to be breathable and weather resistant. It moves quietly with your body while offering incredible body temperature regulation. Great for highly aerobic activities in cold conditions or mild days around town. Machine washable.

Down The Outer shell is a blend of Polyester and wool and is finished with highly weather resistant DWR (Durable Water Repellent). The inside liner fabric is 100% recycled textured polyester. We use 650 fill, premium goose down insulation.Our 100% New Zealand Merino Shak fabric is used for the inside neck and pocket lining. Take care in cleaning your down jacket/vest by washing with down approved cleaner in cold water, short gentle cycle, preferable in front loading washer. Lay flat and pat dry with clean towel then tumble dry on low heat. Should only take around 10 minutes. Only dry until feathers are fluffed.

Indie New for Fall 2009 is our finely tuned 18.5 micron New Zealand Merino at 195g/m2. We designed this fabric from the need of a weight in-between our Woolies at 150g/m2 and our Zepher at 230g/m2. Ibex Loden, still made in Austria, is a densely-knit fabric modernized by an exclusive cold water process. The knit fabric is pulled through a donut-shaped machine and the internal bristles raise the fiber, encouraging it to felt through this finishing process. Doing this consistently without damaging the fabric is really difficult. Our fabric supplier in New Zealand has had 20 years experience in this specialized process. Washing with CARE is a bonus with this process. Dry Clean, May hand wash gentle, cold, with like colors using mild detergent. Do not bleach.Do not tumble dry. Do not machine wash. Lay flat to dry. The milling process shrinks and felts the fabric leaving us with a soft and lofty mid-layer weight that retains all the benefits of wool.The final result is a fabric that withstands pilling and laundering, is known for it’s warmth and has added durability. Our Pez double face fabric has two wool sides linked together with nylon, giving each side a different color for a refined look. Seventeen.5 Balance Each piece of Balance Seamless is knit on state-of-the-art Italian knitting machines that were made exclusively to knit seamless garments. Knit stitches can be changed within a garment to create body mapping which is a way to add additional comfort to each piece. We use 17.5 micron wool blended with just enough lycra for support and a next-to-the-skin body fit. Our sport tops have been tested and rated for support and size. Using wool in this medium has been the ultimate challenge.
